### ✅ **Booking Policy** * All web design services are available **by appointment only**. * A **\$750 payment is required at the time of booking** to secure your spot. This confirms your project start date and reserves our time for planning and development. * Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your scheduled start date, intake form, and onboarding materials. * Projects typically begin within **5-7 business days** after the intake form is completed. ### ❌ **Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy** * You may cancel or reschedule your booking **up to 72 hours (3 days) before the start date** for a full refund or to choose a new date. * Cancellations made **within 72 hours** of the start date are **non-refundable**, as time and resources have already been allocated. * To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at **stockupbuildingwealth@gmail.com ** or use the link provided in your booking confirmation. ### ⏳ **Waitlist Policy** * If all service slots are currently booked, you may join our **waitlist** at no cost. * Waitlisted clients will be contacted **in the order they joined** as soon as a spot becomes available. * Once contacted, you’ll have **24 hours to confirm and pay** for the open spot before it is offered to the next person in line.
